Eiffel Tower Blog Romance
We know that Paris is one of the most romantic places on earth and certainly by the level of interest in anything to do with Paris and the Eiffel Tower on this blog alone, it’s very much confirmed.
Well, on Monday one of my friends told me of a really special event that was to take place on Saturday night at where else but the Eiffel Tower. Or to be more precise, beneath the center of the Eiffel Tower when it’ s all lit up. Or so, the story goes.
How do I know all this – well a friend was working in a shop and a guy came in looking for a biggish stuffed toy he could use as part of this ‘present’ to give his girlfriend. Do you want to guess what the present will be? Yes, he’s going to propose to her and it is a gorgeous ring that will be safely attached somehow to this stuffed toy.
And – could he find a gorgeous stuffed toy in this shop – no, it had every knick knack and whatnot you could ever want, but no stuffed toy!
Why was the guy in a hurry? He was packing to leave for Paris with his girlfriend that night!
So, if any of you were in the vicinity of the Eiffel Tower on Saturday night and saw an Aussie guy with his girlfriend wrapped around him, and under his other arm - a stuffed toy -hahahah! You know what went on!
How romantic – I love it!
